For stays with more than 2 people we charge an additional 17,50 euro per person per night. The additional charge is included in the displayed price for the selected amount of people. Due to a technical limitation we ask you to add any person older than 2 years old as an "Adult".
Bed & Breakfast Facilities and Services
Breakfast
Breakfast is included with every night. We ensure that the refrigerator is filled for breakfast upon arrival. We check on a daily basis whether you need anything refilled.
Wifi, TV and Working
The free Wifi is fast and more than sufficient for work and video calls. There is a smart TV on which you can watch Youtube or Netflix. You can also stream videos from your phone to the TV.
Heating and Cooling
The apartment is equipped with a pellet stove, cozy and strong enough to heat all rooms. For hot summer days the appartmentshave air conditioning.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 5 days in advance. e.g. If your check-in is planned on a Sunday, the Monday before would be the last day on which you could cancel. We will refund the full deposit within 14 days.
Check in
We are always there to welcome you. If you expect to arrive outside the usual time frame for check-in 14:00 - 22:00 please let us know and we will try to be of service to you.
Check-out
You can check out before 11:00 so that we have enough time to prepare for new guests. If we have no guests the next day, you can check out later on request. You can always leave your luggage with us and collect it later.
Own apartment
You have access to your own apartment with your own entrance. There are no shared areas besides the garden. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, downstairs you will find 2 single beds available in the living room if needed. On request we can add / remove beds.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and 1 hob with 2 burners. You will find all the necessities for cooking and dining.
Bathroom
You have your own bathroom. We have provided these with towels, soap and a hair dryer.
Children
Children are more than welcome.
We have cots and high chairs available. There are games and toys. In case you have a special request or question please let us know.
Safety
The apartments are equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, CO2 detectors and a first aid box. There is a safe and a well-lit private entrance to the apartment that you can lock.
Garden
We are very proud of our garden and often receive compliments.
You share the garden with us and the guests on the other side of the residence. But don't worry, the garden is big enough for all. There are enough terraces to always sit in the sun!

If the timing is lucky you can even take some of our Tulips or Vegetables home :)
Hospitality and help with questions
We like to excel in hospitality and service. We are here to help you with anything. All you need to do is ask. There is almost always someone present.
House rules
Pets are welcome upon request. You are not allowed to smoke inside and events or parties are not allowed. If you are expecting a visit from friends or family, please let us know.
Cleaning
We take your preference into account. If you stay longer than a few days, we will arrange with you when the best moments for us to clean or bring new towels.
Bicycles
The area is perfect for cycling. We therefore have large and small men's and women's bicycles available for free. We also have a child seat for the smallest guest.
Transport
From Schiphol / Amsterdam
If you want to take a taxi from Schiphol, this takes about 40 minutes and costs about 80 euros.
In case you'd like to come by public transport you can take the train to Hoorn. Trains run every 30 minutes and a one-way ticket costs around 11 euros. From Station Hoorn you can take a taxi to the B&B and this costs about 14 euros. Feel free to contact us if we can help you.
Own transport and Parking
Parking is free and can be done on site or along the road. On site there is always enough space for 1 car per apartment.

Wash and dry
We provide the bed linen and towels. On request you can use our washing machine and dryer. We charge a small amount for washing and drying. An iron is available on request.

We arrange your transit from and to near public transport locations on request. The nearest train station is about 10 minut by car and has direct connections to Amsterdam Central Station.
